“The Songstress” herself had some requests for the crowd at one of the stops on her anniversary tour.
During her Friday concert at Houston’s Toyota Center,Anita Baker, 65, stopped performing one of her songs to ask audience members in the front row to stop filming her. Fans captured footage of the moment, as well as the music legend asking security for their help in removing concertgoers.

After clips of the Toyota Center concert went viral, Baker seemingly took toX (formerly Twitter)to address the incident.
The former Chapter 8 member’s 2023 shows, which began back in February, marked her first major tour in nearly 30 years. She announced she was setting out on the road last year, shortly after sheregained control of her master recordings.
