Breaking News: No Two Terabyte Card So Stop Asking

Aaah , you guys are killing me . The new µcard format can pass on size of it of UP TO TWO terabyte , yes , I acknowledge . What you all seem to be missing is that it ISN’T A TWO TERABYTE CARD YET . Nobody eff what size of it they will let go of first , but I bet you all eight million Eastern Samoa coins that they will be usable in the standard 512 MB and 1 GB versions like everything else . peradventure they ’ll get showy and launch with a TWO GIGABYTE wag . But I promise you – swear to you on the grave of our moulder savior – there will be NO TWO TERABYTE MEMORY CARD NEXT YEAR .

And as I say in my first story , even Sony ’s current Memory Stick Duo and Pro formats support sizes up to two terabytes , but that does n’t mean you could go down to the Recockulous Memory Store and pick up a 2 TB carte du jour . The real news of the µcard formatting is that it has a fast transfer hurrying . But that ’s it ! That ’s all there is ! No two TiB cards ! block up asking !
