Adam Wyliewas arrested for shoplifting at a Target in Burbank, California earlier this month.
The Burbank Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that theUnder Wrapsactor, 39, was arrested on Friday, Oct. 13 after Target security observed Wiley picking out health and beauty products and proceeding to the self-check-out, where he allegedly “only scanned some of the items” in his cart.
