The delivery process has never looked so sweet.
“My sister in law. And I can’t stress that enough IN LAW. surprised me with a horrifying cake and I can’t thank her enough. So I won’t thank her at all,” the pregnant comedian, 37, wrote on Monday, alongsidea handful of imagesof the anatomically detailed baked good.
In another one of the photographs, Schumer could be seen casting a confused look toward her sister-in-law as she stood behindthe one-of-a-kind creation.

“@mofischhsomething is truly wrong with you and i love you,” she continued, adding the hashtags, “haunting” and “butthole.”

While Schumer seemed to have mixed feelings about the prenatal pastry, her celebrity friends couldn’t get enough of it.
“This is incredible,” wroteAndy Cohen(who is currentlyexpecting his first child, via surrogate), while new mom of threeKate Hudsonsimply summed up her feelings with a crying-laughing emoji.
“That is the best cake I’ve ever seen,”Julianne Mooreadded.
Taking things one step further,Jessica Albatagged Schumer’s sister-in-law in her post, writing, “I don’t know you but we need to be friends.”
Fitting in some alone time before welcoming their first child, earlier this month, Schumer and her husband,who tied the knot ina private ceremony last year, took a “last-minute trip” to the Caribbean island of Canouan.
Six days earlier, sheposted a hilarious clipof herself in a one-piece as sheran in slow motion down the beach. She soundtracked the clip with Warrant’s 1990 classic “Cherry Pie” in the background.
The first-time mom-to-be captioned the video, “I puke anything I eat up until 4pm. But then I’m like … ” She also added the hashtags, “#baywatch,” “#eyecandy” and “#DandG.”
In November, Schumer washospitalized for the condition, which also caused her to postpone a few of her stand-up comedy shows.
“The last few days have been tough. I’m grateful as hell and know it’s temporary but tough just the same,” shewrote late that month.

However, in true form, Schumer has kept hersense of humor throughout it all. In December, she posted a series ofbrutally honest poststhat summed up herChristmasexperience.
In one video, she could be seen vomiting on the side of a road, noting that she had thrown up some blood. She and Fischer both somberly wished the person behind the camera a merry Christmas.
Also in her photos, theI Feel Prettystar could be seen lying on the floor of a house with her pets as she closed her eyes. “And so this is Christmas,” Schumercaptioned the slideshow.
