It is unclear when exactly the musician’s treatment was scheduled for, but according to the documents, he “spent 12 days alone” in a New York hotel with King — who he filed for divorce from after eight years of marriage in 2021 — in 2022 from November 18 to November 30. During that time, King claimed they were “working on [their] marriage” and believed that they could “reconcile.”

The KING band member alleges that on November 30, 2022 four people removed Allman from their hotel room, claiming one of the men told her that it was her mother-in-law who hired them.

At the time the documents were filed on December 5, 2022, King stated that her ex-husband was “currently in lockdown at a treatment facility that is undisclosed to me” and said he had “no access to his phone.”
